Cancellation Policy

Studio visits are available by booking and take place on weekends. You’ll be stepping into a real, working studio, which means you may see artworks in progress, materials out on the tables, and a little creative chaos happening behind the scenes. It is all part of the experience. Bookings are intended for shopping and experiencing the studio environment. While you are very welcome to browse, these sessions are designed to support purchasing from the range available on the day. Multiple bookings may be scheduled for the same time, so you may be sharing the space with other visitors. As everything is handmade, availability can vary. While I do my best to have a beautiful selection on hand, not every product listed on the website will necessarily be available in the studio on the day. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be opened up for someone else. By booking a studio visit, you are agreeing to the above and helping keep the studio running smoothly. Thank you for supporting small, handmade business.
