Workshop Details
Join Aboriginal woman, artist and business owner Ashleigh Pengelly for an Aboriginal Art workshop where you will learn to create your own piece of art to take home. Workshop Duration: 2 Hours (11:30am-1:30pm) Included in the workshop price, guests are treated to light refreshments celebrating native ingredients as well as a native inspired beverage. Knowledge required - Beginner-friendly What you'll get - Guidance and tips from Aboriginal artist, Ashleigh Pengelly - Canvas, paints and tools are provided - Your beautiful canvas to take home What to bring - Just bring yourself - Fun, ready to try anything attitude - Aprons are provided. Suitable for - This class is suitable for beginners PLEASE NOTE: - This workshop runs in an 'on-demand' basis and requires a minimum of 5 participants to go ahead. If numbers are not met, i will reach out to you via phone to refund or reschedule. - Given that most workshops fall on a weekend or evening and require significant planning and scheduling, bookings will not be accepted within 2 days of the workshop date. Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, our workshops require careful preparation and limited availability, so we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: - For a full refund: Please notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours before the workshop date. - For a partial refund or rescheduling: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop date may be eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability. 2. No-shows and Late Arrivals: - Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for participants who do not show up on the workshop day without prior notice. - If you will be a late arrival for the workshop, please notify me asap. 3. Minimum Enrollment Requirement: - In the event that the workshop has not reached the minimum required number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. If this occurs, we will provide you with a full refund or offer the option to transfer your reservation to the next available workshop. 4. Workshop Changes: - While rare, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes to the workshop schedule, location, or content. If such changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a full refund if necessary. 5. Refunds and Processing Time: - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. - Please note that processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. 6. Cancellation Request Procedure: - To cancel your workshop reservation, please contact us via email or phone, providing your name, workshop date, and order details. We genuinely value your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, as it allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our workshops while accommodating the needs of all participants.
