Where is Little Black Duck Aus based?
LBD is based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
If I don't live in Wagga can i still order LBD products?
Yes. LBD offers postage Australia-wide* and Internationally. We use national courier company Sendle to deliver our products nationally. If you live overseas please contact LBD via the Contact Us page for a shipping quote.
*Sendle has different rates for remote areas within Australia. These areas incur a small surcharge. If you believe you live in a remote area please contact LBD via the Contact Us page for a postage quote.
How do you ship your products to keep them safe?
Unframed prints are posted in a rigid envelope or mailing tube (depending on size) to ensure no bends or creases.
Framed prints are foam and bubbled wrapped and sent in either a bubble wrap mailing bag or box.
Teapots are bubble wrapped and sent in a mailing box filled with foam noodles to reduce movement lowering the chances of breakages.
All gift pack components are individually bubble wrapped and packed in the box filled with foam noodles, again to reduce movement and breakages.
My frame/teapot was broken upon delivery, can i get a refund?
Unfortunately no. LBD endeavours to get your items to you in pristine condition by using the methods above to reduce movement in the packages as much as possible and so can not be held responsible for breakages after it leaves LBD headquarters.
Can i purchase delivery insurance just in case my product breaks?
Sendle does not offer product insurance unfortunately. However, if you would like me to send your products via another carrier with insurance (i.e Australia Post) please contact LBD via the Contact Us page for a quote.
